William Bradley Seymour

Mr. William Bradley (Brad) Seymour, age 36 of Pearson, Ga. passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2019.

Mr. Seymour was born November 29, l982 in Blackshear, Ga., son of William Bruce “Billy” Jr, and Teresa Gurley Seymour. He had made his home in Pearson most of his life and enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He worked at TLC Moulding Inc. in Willacoochee, Ga. as a moulder operator and was a U. S. Marine Corps. Veteran of the Iraqi War. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Helen Gurley and paternal grandparents, Bruce Seymour and Lucille Bennett Jacques.

Survivors include:

Parents: Billy and Teresa Seymour of Pearson, Ga.

Wife: Kellyn Shaw Seymour of Pearson, Ga.

2 Sons: Cameron Bradley Seymour

             Caleb Brent Seymour

Daughter: Sarah Lynn Seymour

2 Sisters: Stephanie Sutton and husband, Charles of Axson, Ga.

                 Lucinda Marchman and husband, Steve of Pearson, Ga.

Maternal Grandfather: Clovis Gurley of Pearson, Ga.

Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Seymour were held Friday, November 1, 2019 at Mt. Zion Church Cemetery at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Edward Matthews officiating. Special musical selections included “Heaven” and “When I’m Gone” presented by CD. The interment followed in Mt. Zion Cemetery with Military Honors rendered by an U. S. Marine Corps contingent from the U. S. Marine Corps base in Albany, Ga.

Serving as active pallbearers were: Ben Kirkland, D. J. Gurley, Donovan Gurley, Timothy Gurley, Joey Gurley, Steve Marchman, Lane French and Josh Bailey.

Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
