Thomas Edward White

Mr. Thomas E. White, age 75, of Axson, Ga. passed away Saturday, May 09, 2020. A native of Detroit, Michigan, he made his home in the Florida and South Georgia areas. Mr. White was born, August 28, 1944, son of Edward and Inez Hobson Bates White. He was a Tugboat Captain and was of the LDS faith.

Wife: Loraine Merrell White of Axson, Ga.

4 Sons: David Randall White and wife Virginia of Zolfo Springs, Fl.

Brian Joseph White of Sebring, Fl.

Jason Michael White of Axson, Ga.

Sean Phillip White and wife Delaney of Axson, Ga.

Daughter: Tonya Woods and husband Tim of Sebring, Fl.

Brother: Charles O’Bannon and wife Karen of Naples, Fl.

2 Sisters: Sally Ann Matthews of Bushnell, Fl.

Cathy Dove and husband Ray of Tallahassee, Fl.

9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Memorialization was by cremation.

A memorial service for Mr. White was held on Friday, May 15, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Utah Cemetery in Axson, Ga.

Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
