Thomas Harry Mullis

Mr. Thomas Harry Mullis, age 79, of Pearson, Ga., passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at the Georgia War Veterans Home in Milledgeville, Ga. following an extended illness.

Mr. Mullis was born on August 26, 1946, to the late Ralph Mullis and Carlette June Belch. He made his home in Pearson and worked many years in car sales and was owner/operator of Atco Video until his retirement. Mr. Mullis was of Christian faith, and a longtime member of The American Legion and was a U.S. Army Vietnam War Veteran. He enjoyed fishing, socializing, and going out to his farm. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Larry Mullis and Ralph Troy Mullis.

Survivors Include:

2 Sons: Reef Mullis and wife Michelle of Pearson, Ga.

Bren Mullis and wife Wendy of Pearson, Ga.

4 Grandchildren: Camden, Tyler, Brenna, and Keith

Several other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Mullis were held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. with Rev. Edward Mathews officiating. Special music included “Go Rest High On that Mountain”, and “Amazing Grace” rendered by cd. The internment followed in Sweetwater Cemetery with Military Honors rendered by a U.S. Army Honor Guard from Hunter Army Airfield.

Serving as active pallbearers were: Bren Mullis, Bruce Brooker, David Tanner, Johnny Smith, Chad McGowan, and Eric Bennett.

Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
