Ricky Luel Carter

Mr. Ricky Luel Carter, age 62, of Pearson, Ga., passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025, at his home in Pearson, Ga. following a brief illness.

Survivors Include:

Wife: Terri Smith of Pearson, Ga.

2 Sons: Carrol Carter and fiancé Amy Duddy of Fitzgerald, Ga.

               Nathan Carter and wife Allison of Willacoochee, Ga.

Brother: Rodney Carter and wife Ola of Waycross, Ga.

2 Grandchildren: Cameron Carter and Clayton Jesse Carter

Several other relatives also survive.

Graveside Services for Mr. Carter will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Willacoochee City Cemetery in Willacoochee, Ga. with Rev. Rodney Carter officiating. The interment will follow in Willacoochee City Cemetery.

Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
