Rev. Melvin Burch

Rev. Melvin Burch, age 82, of Axson, Ga. passed away Thursday, December 19, 2024, at his home in Axson, Ga.

Survivors include:

Wife: Lounell White Burch of Axson, Ga.

2 Daughters: Phoebe Burch and husband Byron of Pearson, Ga.

                     Melbe Ramirez and husband Gilbert of Axson, Ga.

Brother: William Jr., “Doc” Burch and wife Rosa of Jacksonville, Fl.

6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Burch will be held at 3:00 P. M., Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Hargraves Chapel Church with Rev. Clayton Davis and Bro. Jonathan Smith officiating. The interment will follow in Axson Cemetery.

Mr. Burch will lie in state at the church from 2 to 3 P. M. Saturday afternoon.

The visitation for Mr. Burch will be Friday evening, December 20, 2024, from 6 to 8 P. M. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga.
