Quinton F. Dillingham

January 10, 1938 — October 2, 2021

Mr. Quinton F. Dillingham, age 83 of Kirkland, Ga. passed away, Saturday, October 2, 2021, at his home in Kirkland, Ga. following an extended illness. He was born in Willacoochee, Ga. on January 10, 1938, to the late Fred and Mary Jane Lott Dillingham. After graduating from Atkinson County High School, Mr. Dillingham continued his education at ABAC. He worked many years at McCranie Brothers Post Company and began his career as a farmer. Before too long, his success and love of farming became his life. Mr. Dillingham was a  dedicated and hard worker who took great pride in not only teaching, but, taking care of his family and enjoyed spending time with them.  Mr. Dillingham was a US Veteran of the Army National Guard. He was preceded in death by his brother; Herman Dillingham and sister; Louise Floyd.

Survivors include:

Wife:  Tina Paulk Dillingham of Kirkland, Ga.

2 Sons:  Neil Dillingham and wife Cindy of Willacoochee, Ga.

              Reid Dillingham and wife Missy of Willacoochee, Ga.

2 Brothers:  Glenn Dillingham and wife Madaline of Willacoochee, Ga.

                    Harold Dillingham and wife Marteel of Alapaha, Ga.

5 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren and several Nieces, Nephews and other relatives also survive.

A private family graveside service was held, Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at Willacoochee City Cemetery with Rev. Edward Mathews and Bro. Harold Dillingham officiating. Special musical selections included, "Amazing Grace" and "Go Rest High on That Mountain" rendered by cd. The interment followed in Willacoochee City Cemetery.

Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
