Jimmy "Jim" Gene Brown, Jr.

Mr. Jimmy “Jim” Gene Brown, Jr., age 56, of Pearson, Ga., passed away Friday, July 10, 2026, at Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside Hospital in Jacksonville, Fl. following an extended illness.

Survivors Include:

Mother: Elaine Bennett Brown of Pearson, Ga.

Son: Dylan Brown of Pearson, Ga.

Brother: Jason Brown of Pearson, Ga.

Nephew: Jacob Brown and wife Raechel of Axson, Ga.

Special Friend: Kay Brown of Willacoochee, Ga.

Several other relatives also survive.

Mr. Brown is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Gene Brown, Sr..

Funeral services for Mr. Brown will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at Relihan Funeral Home with Rev. Sim Youngblood and Rev. Edward Mathews officiating. The interment will follow in Ozias Church Cemetery.

Visitation for Mr. Brown will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Relihan Funeral Home.
