Jessie Donald "Donnie" Gardner

Mr. Jessie Donald “Donnie” Gardner, age 74, of Douglas, Ga., passed away Monday, November 03, 2025, at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Ga. following a brief illness.

Survivors Include:

Wife: Rose Gardner of Douglas, Ga.

Son: Don Gardner and wife Jenna of Millwood, Ga.

2 Daughters: Brandi Simmons and husband Chad of Pensacola, Fl.

Laci Taylor and husband Blake of Valdosta, Ga.

Brother: Ricky Newmans and wife Aletha of Willacoochee, Ga.

Sister: Bonnie Jernigan and husband Phil of Douglas, Ga.

5 Grandchildren: McKade Gardner, Annley Gardner, Sam Taylor, Jake Taylor, Tinley Taylor, and a 6th grandchild due in February.

Mr. Gardner is preceded in death by his grandson, Jesse Cole Gardner, brother, Bobby Flowers, and sister, Agnus Woods.

Graveside Services for Mr. Gardner will be held on Friday, November 07, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. at Willacoochee City Cemetery in Willacoochee, Ga. with Rev. Keith Lloyd officiating.

Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
