Jerome Chaney

Mr. Jerome Chaney, age 61, of Pearson, Ga., passed away Saturday, March 28, 2026, at his residence following an extended illness.

Survivors Include:

Wife: Becky Chaney of Pearson, Ga.

2 Sons: Michael Chaney and wife Whitney of Pearson, Ga.

              Cole Chaney and wife Connie of Pearson, Ga.

2 Daughters: Holly Spivey and husband Justin of Peason, Ga.

                        Crystal Valimont and husband Micah of Valdosta, Ga.

2 Sisters: Glenda Johnson of Tennessee

                  Laura Jean Salter of Pearson, Ga.

14 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Mr. Chaney is preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Rebecca Pritchard Chaney, and 2 brothers, James Hersey and Jimmy Curtis Chaney.

Funeral services for Mr. Chaney will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. The interment will follow in Union Hill Cemetery.

Visitation for Mr. Chaney will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga.
