Jacob "J.W." W. Lott

Jacob W. “Jake” Lott, age 89 of Manassas, VA died on December 11, 2019 at Novant Health Prince William Medical Center. He was born in Georgia on September 20, 1930 son of the late Henry Lott and Thelma Mancil Lott. He was the owner of Lott Excavating for 30 plus years. He enjoyed singing, playing music and walking. He loved country music, especially George Jones. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Penny Lou Gill and his siblings, Ludell Chaney, Collis Lott, Wallace Lott, Ralph Lott and Theopolis Lott. Survivors include his daughter Patricia Underwood; his son Jacob W. Lott, JR; his companion of 42 years Margie Watts and her daughters Joy Watts, Fran Watts and Anita Gordon; his son in law Chris Gill. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and many friends.   Funeral services for Mr. Lott will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019 at New Bethel Church at 2:00 P.M. with Larry Chaney officiating. The interment will follow in New Bethel Church Cemetery.   Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
