Henry Ereatus "Harry" Brown III

Mr. Henry Ereatus “Harry” Brown III, age 87, of Willacoochee, Ga. passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at his home in Willacoochee, Ga.

Born July 09, 1938, in Willacoochee, Ga., Mr. Brown was the son of the late Henry Ereatus, Jr. and Thelma Rowe Brown. Mr. Brown was born in Willacoochee, Ga., where he owned and operated Brown Lumber. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was a member of the Willacoochee Masonic Lodge 197 for over 60 years. Mr. Brown was a veteran of the Army National Guard for 18 years and was a member of the Willacoochee Christian Church (formerly Willacoochee United Methodist Church). In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Robert Jimmy Brown.

Son: Henry Ereatus Brown IV and wife Laura of Willacoochee, Ga.

3 Daughters: Amanda McKinnon and husband Charlton of Willacoochee, Ga.

                      Angel Stewart and husband Whit of Willacoochee, Ga.

                      Teena Corbitt and husband Martin of Mora, Ga.

Grandchildren: Bryan McKinnon and wife Carleigh, Kelly Smith and husband Henry, Quinn Brown, Kate Medders, and Wes Stewart

4 Great Grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Graveside services for Mr. Brown were held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Willacoochee City Cemetery in Willacoochee, Ga. with Rev. Eddie Morrison officiating. Special music included “In the Garden” by cd. The internment followed in Willacoochee City Cemetery.

Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
