Eulaine C. Herrin

Mrs. Eulaine C. Herrin, age 89, of Lakeland, Ga., passed away Monday, December 22, 2025, at her home in Lakeland, Ga.

Mrs. Herrin was born on October 10, 1936, in Pelham, Ga., to the late Judson Leon and Winnie Hayes Thomas. She lived most of her life in Lakeland, Ga. where she worked as a Bookkeeper for Atkinson County DFCS. After retirement Mrs. Herrin was a substitute teacher for many years and she loved genealogy, traveling, and spending time with her family. One of her favorite things was quilting and she made many quilts for friends and family over the years. She was a member of Pearson Traditional Methodist Church in Pearson, Ga.. Along with her parents, Mrs. Herrin is preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie C. Herrin, brother, Jerome Thomas, and 2 sisters, Myriam Tomlinson and Carmelita Keener.

4 Grandchildren: Brandon Correll and wife Kelly

                                 Kandice Hartman and husband Daniel

                                 Clinton Correll

                                 Rena Correll

4 Great Grandchildren: Addison and Alexander Correll

                                            Kannon and Kage Hartman

Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Mrs. Herrin were held on Friday, December 26, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. with Pastor Kyle Sirmans officiating. Special music included “How Great Thou Art” presented by cd. The interment followed at Lang Country Church Cemetery.

Active Pallbearers included: Cary Correll, Brandon Correll, Clinton Correll, and Daniel Hartman.

Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
