Elizabeth Ann McGovern

Mrs. Elizabeth Ann McGovern age 78 of Manor, Ga. passed away on Friday, October 30, 2026, at her residence in Manor, Ga. following an extended illness.

Survivors include:

Son: Buddy Jordan and wife Donna of Broxton, Ga.

Daughter: Rhonda O’Berry and husband Kenny of Manor, Ga.

Brother: Jack Fender and wife Shelia of Pearson, Ga.

Sister: Betty Gillis and husband Johnny of Pearson, Ga.

3 Grandchildren: Jordan Martin and husband Max, Paulina Mai and husband Allen, and Seth Jordan.

3 Great-Grandchildren: Avery McCellan, Cypress McCellan, and Fisher Mai.

Mrs. McGovern is preceded in death by her parents; William T. and Marie McDuffie Fender, Son; Terrell Jordan, Husband; Willie McGovern, and brother; William T. Fender, Jr.

Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Mrs. McGovern will be held Sunday, November 01, 2026, at 11 A.M. at Tanner Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Buddy Jordan, Rev. Mitchell Deems, and Bro. Kenny O’Berry officiating. The internment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery.

Visitation for Mrs. McGovern will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson Ga. from 6:00 to 8:00 PM

Mrs. McGovern will lie in state at Tanner Missionary Baptist Church from 10:00-11:00 A.M. on Sunday, November 01, 2026.
