Derryl Lee

Mr. Derryl Lee, age 64, of Waycross, Ga. (formerly of Pearson, Ga.) passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025, at his home in Waycross, Ga., following an extended illness.

Mr. Lee was born on October 22, 1959 in Douglas, Ga. to the late Delmas Henry and Elmarie Lott Lee. He had made his home in Pearson for most of his life before moving to Waycross. He worked for Live Oak Homes as a Supervisor in the Cabinet Shop for 40 years and enjoyed fishing, watching wrestling and carpentry work. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Gardie Lee and a sister, Joan Lee.

Wife: Cathy Phillips Lee of Waycross, Ga.

Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Lee were held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Axson, Ga. with Rev. John Kersey and Mr. Joey Pittman officiating. The internment followed in Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
