Christine Derinne Highsmith White

Mrs. Christine Derinne Highsmith White, age 70, of Pearson, Ga., passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at her home in Pearson, Ga. following an extended illness.

Mrs. White was born on March 7, 1956, in Douglas, Ga to the late Edsel and Latrelle White Highsmith. She lived in Pearson, Ga. where she was a homemaker and was of the Christian Faith. Mrs. White enjoyed gardening, working in the yard, shopping and painting. Along with her parents, Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell White, and brother, Remer Highsmith.

Survivors Include:

3 Sons: Thomas Bennett and wife Angela of Lyons, Ga.

                Greg Bennett and wife Debra of Nashville, Ga.

                Mark Bennett of Pearson, Ga.

Brother: Christopher Highsmith and wife Martha of Thermopolis, Wy.

13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Memorialization was by cremation.

Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
