Christine "Dean" Luke

Mrs. Christine “Dean” Luke, age 79, of Willacoochee, Ga. passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Ga. following an extended illness.

Survivors include:

Husband: Curtis Luke of Willacoochee, Ga.

2 Daughters: Lisa Bailey and husband Stacy of Nashville, Ga.

                        Connie Hudson and husband Wayne of Ocilla, Ga.

4 Brothers: Jessie Horton of Valdosta, Ga.

                     Billy Horton and wife Barbara of Adel, Ga.

                     Darrell Horton and wife Dean of Willacoochee, Ga.

                     Jerry Neal Horton and wife Debbie of St. Augustine, Fl.

Sister: Christell Williams of Douglas, Ga.

5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Mrs. Luke is preceded in death by her parents, Willis, Jr. and MavaDell Carmichael Horton, brother, Olen Horton, and sister, Patricia Lynn Horton Head.

Graveside services for Mrs. Luke will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at Lax Cemetery with Rev. Joe Taft officiating. The interment will follow in Lax Cemetery.

Visitation for Mrs. Luke will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga.
