Brenda June Powell

Mrs. Brenda June Powell, age 64, of Nashville, Ga. passed away Thursday, December 12, 2024 at the Langdale Hospice House in Valdosta, Ga. following an extended illness.

Survivors include:

Husband: Jay Hawkins of Nashville, Ga.

Son: Sebern Brandon Rowen of Sylacauga, Al.

4 Daughters: Brandy Rowell and husband Tommy of Valdosta, Ga.

                      Rhonda Tinejero and husband Rene of Miami, Fl.

                      Jenny Rowan of Adel, Ga.

                      Sara Rowan of Adel, Ga.

Brother: Timmy Powell and wife Penny of Nashville, Ga.

2 Sisters: Tanya Powell of Adel, Ga.

                Cheryl Matthews of Valdosta, Ga.

Grandson: Gabrielle Hawkins of Nashville, Ga.

Beloved Pet: Chop Powell

11 Grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Mrs. Powell is preceded in death by daughter, Misty Dawn Powell, son, Christopher Rowan, brother, Steve Powell, 2 sisters, Lynn Smith and JoAnn Powell and her grandson.

Memorialization is by cremation.

A memorial service for Mrs. Powell will be held at a later date.

Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
