Mrs. Bonnie M. Kunberger, age 89 of Willacoochee, Ga. passed away Thursday, October 3, 2024, in Dunnellon, Fl. following an extended illness.
Mrs. Kunberger was born March 9, 1935, in Willacoochee, Ga. to the late Walter Virgil and Maude Jowers Myers. Mrs. Kunberger and her late husband John had made their home in Ocala, Fl. for many years, where she worked as a legal secretary and did title work. After retiring they moved to Willacoochee in 1992 and became active in the community joining the First Baptist Church where she played the piano and took part in various church activities. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

2 Sons. Derick Kunberger of Willacoochee, Ga.
Drew Kunberger and wife Kimberly of Dunnellon, Fl.
1 Sister: Shirley Robertson of Kansas
4 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Kunberger were held 11:00 A. M. Saturday, October 12, 2024. at the First Baptist Church in Willacoochee, Ga. with Rev. Joe Taft officiating. Special music included “Old Rugged Cross” and “In the Garden” rendered by cd. Soft music for the Prelude and Postlude was played by Debbie Merritt, pianist. The interment followed in the Willacoochee City Cemetery.
Serving as active pallbearers were. Derick Kunberger, Drew Kunberger, John Kunberger, Andrew Kunberger, Robert Whitehead and John Lindsey.
Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
