TJ Delk

Mr. T. J. Delk age 79 of Pearson, Ga. passed away Saturday morning at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, Ga. following an extended illness. Survivors include: Wife: Emmalene Murray Delk of Pearson, Ga. 1 Son: David "Pat" Delk of Axson, Ga. 4 Daughters: Vera Lois Delk of Pearson, Ga. Wylene Gurley and husband Layne of Pearson, Ga. Diane Davis and husband Gene of Pearson, Ga. Teresa Mizell and husband Wesley of Axson, Ga. 1 Sister: Valerie Walker of Eufaula, Al. 1 Brother: Estel Lee Delk of Lees Summit, Mo. 6 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews also survive. Funeral services for Mr. Delk will be held at 2:00 P. M. Monday, January 31, 2011 at Ozias Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Johnson officiating. The interment will follow in Sweetwater Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 5 to 9 P. M., Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga.. Mr. Delk will be placed in the church at 1:00 P.M. Monday to lie in state till the funeral hour. Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
