George Daniel (G. D.) Moore

Mr. George Daniel (G.D.) Moore age 72 of Pearson, Ga. passed away Sunday November 27, 2011 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following a short illness. Survivors include: Wife: Karen Moore of Pearson, Ga. 1 Son: David Moore and wife Michelle of Pearson, Ga. 2 Daughters: Joan Harvey and husband Al of Yulee, Fl. Jody Veazey and husband Bryan of Broxton, Ga. 2 Brothers: Larry Johnson and wife Joyce of Pearson, Ga. Gary Johnson and wife Sheri of Milledgeville, Ga. 1 Sister: Marie McDonald of Waycross, Ga. 5 Grandchildren: Brooke Vining, Brian Vining, Wesley Bryan (BJ) Veazey, Amber Moore, and MacKenzie Moore. Several Nieces and Nephews also survive. Funeral Services for Mr. Moore will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday November 29, 2011 at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Axson, Ga. with Rev Carroll Carver and Rev. Jack Chaney officiating. The interment will follow at Satilla Memorial Gardens in Douglas, Ga. The family will be receiving friends this evening from 6-9 P.M. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. Mr. Moore will be placed in the church at 1:00 P.M. to lie in state till the funeral hour. Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
