Kenneth Roland Giddens

Mr. Kenneth Roland Giddens, age 72, of Pearson,GA passed away Sunday July 1, 2012 at his home following a short illness. A native of Coffee County, Mr. Giddens was born June 7, 1940, son of Mr and Mrs. Willie and Ethel Harrell Giddens. He had lived in Macon, GA before moving back to Pearson 12 years ago. Mr. Giddens was a VP Advertising with Bell South and Veteran of the US Air Force. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Mr. Giddens was preceded in death by a sister, Pat Smith and a brother-in-law, G.D. Moore. Survivors include 2 brothers: Harrell (Poochie) Giddens and wife Nettie of Homerville, GA. Wayne Giddens and wife Virginia of Pearson, GA. 4 Sisters: Karen Moore of Pearson, GA, Linda Purvis and husband Raymond of Pearson,GA, Henrieta Brown and husband Greg of Pearson, Paula Tanner and husband, Floyd of Axson, GA. Several Nieces and Nephews also survive. A memorial service for Mr. Giddens will be announced at a later date. Relihan Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
