Rose Whittington McKinnon

Mrs. Rose Whittington McKinnon, age 51, of Pearson, GA. passed away, Saturday, April 04, 2015 at her home in Pearson, GA. following an extended illness. A native of Clinch County, Mrs. McKinnon was born May 7, l963 daughter of the late Chesley Whittington and Bessie Colley Harrell. She was a homemaker and member of Ozias Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a sister Angela Whittington Gurley. Survivors include: Husband: Mark McKinnon of Pearson, GA. Daughter: Rebecca McKinnon Garrity and husband Bobby of Pearson, GA. Son: Barton McKinnon and wife Melissa of Newton Grove, NC. Mother & Stepfather: Bessie and Benny Harrell of Pearson, GA. 4 Brothers: Dink Whittington and wife Luanne of Pearson, GA. Rob Harrell and wife Tracy of Nicholls, GA. Barry Harrell and wife Mandy of Pearson, GA. Benjamin Harrell of Brunswick, GA. 2 Sisters: Rhonda White and husband Tim of Douglas, GA. Amanda Morris and husband Kelly of Pearson, GA. Grandchild: Adalyn Francyn McKinnon Several Nieces, Nephews, and others relatives also survive. A memorial service in honor and memory of Mrs. McKinnon was held Monday, April 06, 2015 at 5:30 at Relihan Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Johnson officiating.
