Nora Robertson

Mrs. Nora Darley Robertson, age 86, of Willacoochee, Ga., passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015 at Palemon Gaskins Nursing Home in Ocilla, Ga. following an extended illness. Born April 28, l929 in Coffee County Georgia, Mrs. Robertson was the daughter of Andrew J. and Viola Spikes Darley. She had made her home in Alpena, Arkansas since the l960's, but had recently returned to Willacoochee in November 20l4. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Marvin Darley and Bryant Darley and a sister, Minnie D. Mancil. Survivors include: 1 Daughter: Amantha Wall of Willacoochee, Ga. 3 Sons: Anthony E. Wall and wife Linda of Harrison, Ar. Seth Wall and wife Rita of Alpena, Ar. Zane E. Wall and wife Debbie of Green Forrest, Ar. 2 Brothers: Herman J. Darley and friend Ann of Baton Rouge, La. Franklin A. Darley and wife Norma of Venezuela, South America 4 Grandchildren: Yolanda, Geilisa, Cierra, and Lori. Several Great-Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews also survive. Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Robertson were held, Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. at Antioch Church Cemetery with Rev. Edward Mathews officiating. Special music included "Amazing Grace" rendered by all attending the service. The interment followed in Antioch Cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers were: Reid Dillingham, Neil Dillingham, Lee Chancey, Clint Nettles, Henry Brown and Henry Mancil.
