James Coleman Wright

January 23, 1937 — November 6, 2015

Mr. James Coleman Wright, age 78 of Axson, Ga. passed away Thursday, November 06, 2015 at his home in Axson, Ga. after a short illness. A native of Clinch County, Mr. Wright was born January 23, l937 son of Burt and Addie Mae Morgan Wright. He had made his home in the Fales community for most of his life and was a retired maintenance supervisor for Golden Poultry. As a young man he became a pilot and enjoyed many years of flying. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nadine Inman Wright. Survivors include: Son: Michael Wright of Axson, Ga. 2 Daughters: Jann Cady and husband Roger of Valdosta, Ga. Donna Wright of Axson, Ga. Sister: Mary Glover of Baltimore, Maryland 7 Grandchildren: Brandy Kirkwood, Colby Wright, Anna Powell, Ashlyn Roberson, Nick Cady, Reid Cady, and Sage Cady. 3 Great Grandchildren: Brody Moore, Cole McKinnon, and Josie Powell. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive. Funeral services for Mr. Wright were held Monday, November 09, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Fales Pentecostal Church with Rev. Edgar Musgrove officiating. Special music included "Made in Grace" and "Peace in the Valley "presented by cd and "Go Rest High On that Mountain" was rendered by Billy Musgrove and Becky Coker with Billy accompanying on the guitar. Soft music for the Prelude and Postlude was played by Bonnie Musgrove pianist. The interment followed in Jowers Chapel Cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers were: Sage Cady, Colby Wright, Reid Cady, Nick Cady, Levi Powell and Brandy Morris Kirkwood.
