Georgia Elaine Paulk

 Georgia Elaine Paulk passed away at Langdale Hospice House in Valdosta, GA on Sunday, December 6, 2015. She was born October 29, 1921 to Albert and Cora Paulk in Irwin County.  She graduated from Stetson University.  She worked at Florida Vocational Rehab for many years in Jacksonville, Florida.  She loved to read, play the piano, and share her faith in Jesus Christ.  Family was so very important to her.  She blessed each and everyone with her contagious spirit. She is survived by her nieces Delaine Henderson and Amelia (Herman) Tucker, of Willacoochee, GA, Verlie Ann Turknett, of Cochran, GA, Cindee Hiers, of Valdosta, GA, and her nephews Nick Paulk (Bonnie) of Willacoochee, GA, Russell Paulk, Gatlinburg, TN, Joe Paulk, of Jacksonville, FL, Jake  Paulk and Mike Paulk of Atlanta, GA, Vic Ledbetter of Valdosta, GA, David Paulk, of Saint Simons, GA, Bill Paulk and Phil Paulk of Sylvester, GA. Sister in laws Joyce Paulk, of Atlanta, GA and Katie Paulk Middleton of Albany, GA, a brother in law, Guy McAllister, of Valdosta, GA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Cora Paulk, brothers, Loy Paulk, Verlie Paulk, Leslie Paulk, DuBijon Paulk, Julius Paulk, Robert Paulk, Albert Jr. Paulk and a sister, Katherine Paulk McAllister and nephews, Earl Paulk and Randall Paulk.   Funeral services were held at the Willacoochee City Cemetery Wednesday, December 9, 2015.  Terry Hiers of Valdosta, GA officiated the services. Evie Woodward, of Willacoochee, GA played the guitar and sang. Memorials may be made to Langdale Hospice House, 2263 Pineview Drive, Valdosta, GA 31602.  Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
