Carolyn Delk Fernandez

Mrs. Carolyn Delk Fernandez, age 67 of Jacksonville, Fl. passed away Friday, March 18, 2016 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Fl. after a short illness.   A native of Willacoochee, Ga., Mrs. Fernandez was born June 25, l948, daughter of Beecher Hoke and Grace Newmans Delk.   Survivors include: Special Niece: Gail Delk of Jacksonville, Fl.   3 Brothers: Larry Delk                    Johnny Delk                    Danny Delk, Sr.   Several Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives also survive.    Graveside service for Mrs. Fernandez was held Sunday, March 22, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at Willacoochee City Cemetery. The interment followed in the Willacoochee City Cemetery.   Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
