David Lloyd Thigpen, Jr.

Mr. David Lloyd Thigpen, age 70 of Pearson, Ga. passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at Satilla Hospice House in Waycross, Ga. following an extended illness.   Survivors include: 2 Sons: Brice Thigpen of Pearson, Ga.             Eli Thigpen of Pearson, Ga.   Daughter: Heather Thigpen and companion Chad Lee of Pearson, Ga.   Brother: Dorsey Thigpen and wife Shirley of Pearson, Ga.   Sister: Virginia Giddens and husband Wayne of Pearson, Ga.   4 Grandchildren: Brandon Brown, Michael Brown, Kaitlyn Thigpen, and Desirea Thigpen.   Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.   Funeral Services for Mr. Thigpen will be held Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. with Rev. Ed Gilliard officiating. The interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery.   Visitation for Mr. Thigpen will be held Friday, May 26, 2017 from 6:00-9:00 P.M. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga..   Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
