Alfred Royals

Mr. Alfred Royals age 77 of Pearson, Ga. passed away Tuesday evening, June 26, 2018 at the Berrien Nursing Center of Nashville, Ga. Survivors include:  2 Sons:                 David Royals and Sheree Craig of Pearson, Ga.                              Joshua Turner of Blackshear, Ga.   4 Daughters:       Melissa Gurley and husband Craig of Pearson, Ga.                              Carla Ann Royals and Reggie Johnson of Pearson, Ga.                              Sandra Gail Jordan and husband Nickie of Waycross, Ga.                              Sheila Joan Lang and husband James of Waycross, Ga.   2 Brothers:           Aaron Royals and wife Irma of Axson, Ga.                               Joseph Smith Royals Jr. and wife Gail of Pearson, Ga.                             4 Sisters:               Annie Mae Cribb of Waycross, Ga.                              Judy Ann Zimmerman of Axson, Ga.                              Jennell Thomas of Pearson, Ga.                              Joyce Mullis and husband Larry of Pearson, Ga.   16 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and other relatives also survive.   Mr. Royals was preceded in death by his wife Glenda Joan Royals, Great Grandson Karson Cribb, 3 of his Brothers in-law Richard Zimmerman, James Cribb, and Lawton Thomas.   Funeral services for Mr. Alfred Royals will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 30, 2018 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Pearson Ward with Bishop Clee Sirmans, Bishop Steve Sirmans, and Bishop Dan Vickers officiating. The interment will follow in the Bagley Cemetery near Nicholls, Ga.    Visitation for Mr. Royals will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga.   Mr. Royals will lie in state at the church on Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 9:00 A.M. until the funeral hour at 10:00 A.M.   Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, GA. is in charge of the arrangements.
